Welcome to my psychoanalysis-, analytical psychotherapy-, and counselling practice

Stress, anxiety, depression, addictions, grief, difficulties at work or in relationships, the disruption of family foundations….  Sometimes we no longer even know exactly why we are suffering, nor why certain painful patterns keep repeating themselves in our lives despite our best efforts.

No form of suffering is trivial, and none should have to be faced alone.

The therapeutic relationship is at the heart of my practice. I welcome you into a safe and confidential space where your words can finally find their place, free from judgment or preconceived ideas. As the sessions unfold, putting words to what has unfolded in your life so far allows you to reconnect with yourself in a more balanced and authentic way.

Unlike approaches that seek above all to make symptoms disappear quickly, psychoanalysis and analytical psychotherapy take into account the uniqueness of each person and respect each individual’s own rhythm. Analytical work gives you the time to explore what is happening within you and to develop your own responses—authentic and truly your own.

There is therefore no predetermined length for a therapy process: it comes to an end by mutual agreement, when you feel ready to bring the sessions—usually held weekly—to a close.

I work with adults, young adults, and seniors. Sessions can take place in person, online, or by phone.

The preliminary session is an opportunity to get to know one another, to discuss what brings you here, and to make sure you feel comfortable with the framework I offer. We also take the time to go over practical aspects (schedule, frequency, fees).
