Psychoanalytic psychotherapy and psychoanalysis can help you to enhance your personal life, improve your interpersonal relationships or discover other ways of dealing with emotional and psychological difficulties. While in psychoanalytic psychotherapy client and analyst are face to face, in psychoanalysis the analysand is on the couch – this facilitates more access to unconscious material.
Each therapy is very individual. As your therapist I can help you to find your own answers by working together according to your needs. This can involve a medium-term or a long-term therapy.
About me
I am a French experienced psychoanalyst who trained in the Freudian and Lacanian tradition. I am also a „Heilpraktikerin“ for Psychotherapy, member of VPF (http://www.vfp.de), as well as a certified counsellor (Institute of Counselling, Glasgow – http://www.instituteofcounselling.org.uk). I am a registered member of EAP (European Association for Psychotherapy – https://www.europsyche.org/) and a member of CFAR (the Centre for Freudian Analysis and Research – http://www.cfar.org.uk), London, where I trained. I am also a member of the Freud Lacan Gesellschaft in Berlin (http://www.freud-lacan-berlin.de).
I work with patients who come from different cultural and social backgrounds. They often bring issues such as: depression, anxiety, obsessions and compulsions, relationship and family conflicts, bereavement issues, adjustment difficulties or eating-disorders.
I offer individual session to adults. A session costs between €50 and €70 according to your annual income. Moreover, there is a possibility to arrange skype or zoom sessions in exceptional circumstances.
The best way to know whether psychoanalytic psychotherapy or psychoanalysis might be able to help you is to arrange an initial consultation. We will discuss the reasons why you wish to start a therapy and what form of therapy would be best for you.
